The moderator of Universal Human Situation is back from aforementioned hiatus, with every intention to resume the posting of poems collected from the universe about universal human situations in their chronological order of discovery on this blog. There are no hard feelings about what has happened over the past year.

The moderator(s) of Universal Human Situation—named for a phrase extracted from the jacket text of the 1969 paperback edition of Jame’s Agee’s A Death in the Family (Bantam, 12th edition)—will be taking a hiatus from posting due to an editorial coup d’eta followed by a phase of distraction. We will return in one year.
